This is really something that would have to be in the Audi manual as it has nothing to do with iTunes really. mp3 files should already contain all the tags you see in iTunes so it is a matter of getting your car to show them. Maybe you'll be lucky and eventually another Audi owner might see your post, but if you're not that patient I would start reading your car documentation or do a general web search. Some players may simply play files in the order in which they are found on the card which is by file name. Renaming the files determines the order.
